When you submit a loan request we collect the amount and purpose of the loan, your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and state, your preferred time to be contacted and your communication choices.

We also record technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request.

If you later apply for a loan, we collect additional information required by law and for underwriting, and we will give you our full consumer privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act at that time.

What we share
